Financial Management Services (FMS)

As a State enrolled FMS provider, we support you by performing State-assigned fiscal activities on your behalf, such as:

Medicaid Billing – We bill Medicaid on your behalf.
Payroll Processing – We disburse Medicaid funds to your workers on your behalf.
Tax Filings and Payments – We withhold payroll taxes, make tax payments, and file Federal
and State payroll tax returns on your behalf.
Worker Setup – We ensure your worker has completed the required employment paperwork
including W4s and State-required background checks.

What is FMS?

All Saints Home Care is a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider for the State of Kansas. This means that we can perform State-assigned fiscal activities on your behalf, such as Medicaid billing and payroll processing for your worker. In FMS, the client is the employer, not All Saints Home Care.

Can I use my own caregiver or do I need to use one from All Saints Home Care?

You can choose your own caregiver, in which you are the employer. In this instance, All Saints Home Care can be a resource for you by providing State-assigned fiscal activities on your behalf including employment paperwork, required background checks, tax filings and payments, Medicaid billings and payroll processing.
